He was predeceased by: his grandson Aidan Flipse. He is survived by: his wife Elayne (Huizenga); his children, Mike, Lisa Matthysse, Ryan Flipse and Susan Matthysse; his grandchildren, Lorissa, Brian Schrems, Kylie, Michael Stone, Shelby Matthysse, Collin, Selah Flipse, Maya, Nolan, Addie Flipse, Ella, Preston and Cleo Matthysse; his great grandchild Zander Schrems; his brother Gary; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Matthysse, Mary, Dave Weeber, Dr. Robert, Anita Huizenga, Rick and Deb Huizenga. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
