He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Demur and Hazel May Crandall (Elliott); his son Bruce Crandall; his sons-in-law, Tim Shoemaker and Mike Modin; his wife Gladys Crandall; and his siblings, Donald Crandall and Helen Patterson.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Modin, Karen Shoemaker and Keith Crandall (Laurie); and his stepchildren, Darlene, Ronda and Duane. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.
