She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Spadafora and Nancy Spadafora (Matz); her husband Jack E. Shaffer; and her brother Richard Spadafora. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Bellfy (David) of Brooklyn and Matthew P. Shaffer of Hudson; and her grandchildren, Adam Bellfy (Brooke), Sarah Moulton (Joshua), Alex Bellfy, Lance, Landon and Lauren Shaffer. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
Memorial contributions to honor Rosie are suggested to benefit Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
