He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Kelley, Jr. (Bill) of Morenci and Tracy Bowlby (Kelli) of Fenton; his grandchildren, Billie Kelley, III (Krista) of Hudson, Jamie Kelley (Juanita) of Adrian, Meghan Grimshaw (Cody) of Fenton and Logan Bowlby of Fenton; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Bailey, Morgan, Billie IV and Raegan; and his great great grandchild Elysia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
