He was predeceased by: his sisters, Bonita and Becky. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Marie Thompson; his sons, Kirk, Eric, Josh (Dixie) and Tim Arnold; and his brothers, David M Arnold (Laura) and Phillip F Arnold (Susan). He is also survived by his wife, four sons, twenty grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
