She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Smith and Pearl Smith (Boardman); her husband Wesley J. Kubik; her sister Frances Clouser; and her nephew Douglas Clouser.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Kubik (Kathy) of Jackson and Jan Sutherland (Dick) of Coldwater; her grandson Shawn Kubik of Walker; and her cousin Dave Boardman (Wendy) of Toledo.
