He was predeceased by: his parents, Beth Nelaine and Felix Robert Vaillancourt; his brothers, Allan Lee and Jerry Lyle; and his sister-in-law JoAnn.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Lynne; his children, Bryan Christian (Tamara Ruhkadze) and Melissa Suzanne Sprague; his sister-in-law Ruth (Copenhaver); and his siblings, Bruce (Suzanne Bennett), Sharon Lou (Curtis) and Brian Lonnie (Terri East). He is also survived by many grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
Gil had spent eight weeks in hospital fighting the weakening effects of Agent Orange, then succumbing to Covid & Pneumonia.
Going forward, the plan is to plant a tree, thanks to Bruce & Sue, and surround the area under the East Maple with Lavender, Gil's favorite flower; and forget-me-nots and scatter Gil's ashes there!Any donation may be made to your local Hospice.
