She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Deck and LouLa Deck (Ireland); her husband Ira Simpson; her son Kevin Deck; her son-in-law Scott Ellsworth; and her stepsons, Mike and Bruce Simpson.

She is survived by: her children, Vicki Simpson (Joseph), Cindy Jones (David), Sandy Wilson, Jackie Bodette (Robert) and Cathy Walkinhood (Gary).

Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.
