With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad Lee Meredith (Hudson, Michigan), born in Adrian, Michigan, who passed away on June 25, 2018 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harley L. Goodlock, Mark Meredith and Erma Meredith. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Meredith and Debbie Meredith (Goodlock); his sister Jonda Borck (Steve) of Hudson; his nieces, Bryanna Borck and Braylyn Borck; and his grandmother Tressia Goodlock of Alabama. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorial contributions in honor of Chad can be made to Great Lakes Caring Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
