He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis and Mollie; and his siblings, Carmine, Roger and Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Veronica; his children, June Velez (Orlando), Amy Beemer (Steve), Matthew Blough and Austin Blough (Alaina); his grandchildren, Trenten, Keegan, Isabelle, Nathan and Hans; and his sisters, Joan Sisson (Denny), Ruth Ann Rowley (Roger), Phyllis Huver (Jerry), Angela Slaght (Scott) and Martha Fuhst (Rob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and many wonderful friends.
