We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Frances Arlene Proctor of Hubbardston, Michigan, born in Crystal, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Ruedger and Marie Ruedger (Bogart); her husband Merton Proctor; and her siblings, Donna Jean Benjamin, Edith Hubbard, Betty Guenzler and Donald Mark Ruedger.

She is survived by: her sons, Matthew and Mark; and her sisters, Nancy Hansen and Shirley Ruedger.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish, may donate in Frances' memory to her family.
