He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Manczak and Anna Manczak; and his siblings, Chet Manczak, Leonard Manczak, Ray Manczak, Richard Manczak, Evelyn Conboy and Barb Gruszynski.

He is survived by: his granddaughter Autumn; his spouse Dale; his children, Michelle Prohaska (Mark) and Mathew Manczak (Becky); and his brother Jimmy Manczak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
