He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Stoner and Marian Stoner (Norman); and his siblings, Francis Stoner, Keith Stoner and Patricia Pratt.

He is survived by: his wife Carol R. Bruner; his children, Bobbi Logan (Doug) and Chuck Stoner (Tonya Alverez); his siblings, Beverly Blair (Bob) and Steven Stoner (Diana); and his sister-in-law Eileen Stoner. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
