He was predeceased by: his mother Rhonda Harter; his grandmother Linda Cox; and his cousin Kegan. He is survived by: his sister Amanda Cox (Bill Santor); his nieces and nephews, Dylan Cox, Will Santor, Jessica Santor and Caroline Santor; his aunts and uncles, Richard Harter Jr., Malisa Price (Kurt), Tracy Pellegrino (Marc), Stacy Bell (Steve) and Lacy Harter; and his cousins, Casaundra Regal, Kyle Regal, Kenny Boy Regal, Lexi Pellegrino, Nicole Marsh (Kyle), Andrea Gardner (Eric), Derek Bell (Brittany), Stevi Bell, Toni Harter, Kori Price and Quinn Price.
