She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Ganton; her parents, Clark Nixon and Hattie Nixon (Church); her siblings, Margaret Hoisington (Glendon), Elizabeth Kelso, Robert Nixon (Joyce) and Gordon Nixon (Gail); and her sister-in-law Patsy Nixon (Melvin).
She is survived by: her children, Terry Ganton (Carol), Barbara Tannar (Tom), Connie DeMar (Steve) and David Ganton (Vonnie); her brother Melvin Nixon; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Nixon and Gail Nixon. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Donations can be made in Virginia's name to Cass River Bible Church.
