She was predeceased by: her parent Florence Piskorski; her aunt Helen Chaffee; and her uncles, Leonard Piskorski, Casmere Piskorski and Henry Piskorski.
She is survived by: her children, Clyde Chaffee (Jeannie) and Reatone Piskorski; her siblings, Mary Piskorski and Anthony Piskorski; her nephew Adam Piskorski; and her grandchildren, Devante Arquette, Maurianna Reid, Martina Reid, Finn Arquette, Tobias Arquette and Jay Bradshaw.
