He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Miller and June Johnson (Mathews); and his siblings, Connie, Carol, Cheryl and Johnny.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gonyon; his children, Melanie Miller, Stephanie Kostiuk (Mike), David Gonyon, Duane Kandelac and Craig Kandelac (Yvonna); his grandchildren, Craig Kandelac Jr., Shawn Kandelac, David Buck III, Macey Buck and Sophia Kostiuk; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Kandelac, Ava Kandelac and Ellie Kandelac; his sister Bonnie Kandalec (Don); and his friends, Dan, Vickie Boutell, Kris, Sue Norwick, Jim Wagonmaker and Raymond Pease. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions directed to the family to help with expenses would be appreciated.
