He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Eugene Calkins and Verna Adelaide Calkins (McGowan). He is survived by: his wife Lori Calkins (Corbin); his children, Bethany Kohler (Joseph), Kieran Calkins and Trevor Calkins; his grandchildren, Leo, Karas, Meraya, Jude, Ezekiel, Lydia, Norah, Josiah, Luke and Isla; his brother Charles Calkins (Clark) of Birch Run; his nephew Scott; and his nieces, Julie and Heather. He is also survived by his five cats and three dogs.
