He is survived by: his wife Karen Jean Horner; his children, Robert Paul Horner, Susan Mary Goble (Gary), Lisa Ann Skipski (Todd) and Tod Michael Horner (Wendy Schelp); and his grandchildren, Felicia Ann Green (Daniel), Mandy Marie Bland (Aron), Katie Lynn Parks (Devin), Jenna Jean Blankenship, Rebecca Lynn Erskine (Tyler) and Mackenzie Payton Sulkowski.
