He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baker and Dorothy Baker (Pringle); his brothers, Tom Baker and Richard; and his sister-in-law Grace Swartz.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Baker; his children, Mary Baker, Christopher Baker (Cheryl), Patrick Baker (Michelle) and Debra Baker (Rod Simon); his grandchildren, Christina Rolfes (Phillip), Rachelle Alcini (Tom Hawley), Brianna Shinaberry (Kyle), Blake Baker (Emma), Michelle Baker, Derick Baker and Kieley Baker; and his sister-in-law Corrine Baker. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
