He is survived by: his wife Iris Miller; his sister Sharon Coll (Jerry); his sister-in-law Sally Hively; and his nieces and nephews, Shelli, Sandra, Steven, Susan, Lisa, Andrew, Marilyn, Richard, Keith, Karen, David, Vicki and Carol.
