Richard Barnes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Barnes of Howell, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Richard is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Richard's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Barnes and Evelyn Barnes (Faust); and his siblings, Carol Paddock, Ruthann Ochoa and Wallace Barnes Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Barnes; and his son Richard Barnes II.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Borek Jennings Funeral Home - Howell Memorial Chapel (1700 W Highland Rd, Howell, MI 48843). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
