We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2024, at the age of 78, Pearl E. Carter of Howell, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph L. Gray and Mildred M. Gray (Conway); her husband Byron Carter; her children, Sherry Lynn and Bob Carter; her siblings, Pat Carter and Bob Gray; and her brother-in-law Maynard Carter.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly East and Cindy Carter; and her grandchildren, Chase, Haley, Beau East, David and Shawn Partin (Larry Arms).

Any memorial contributions are suggested to go to St. Jude's Center for Cancer Research or the American Diabetes Association.
