She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her sons, Richard (Jenn) and Andrew (Kayla); her grandchildren, Tayler, Drew and Cole; her great grandchildren, Alex and Iris; her brother Patrick Azarovitz (Kathy); and her siblings-in-law, Dawn Azarovitz, David and Christopher (Amy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
