She was predeceased by: her father James Williams; her in-laws, Paul and Thelma Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, Laura Carpa, Jeff Phillips and Paul Phillips.

She is survived by: her mother Rose Williams (Jarrett); her husband Donald Phillips; her children, Renee Durandetto (Ted) and Kris Phillips (Maria); her grandchildren, Colin, Cole and Marisa; her sister Connie Opperman; and her brothers-in-law, Gary Phillips (Mary) and Denny Phillips. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family for future designation.
