He is survived by: his mother Judith Ann Bolter (Sass); his wife Julia Elizabeth; his children, Ashley Polsgrove, Adam Bolter (Staci) and Heather Clark III (James); his grandchildren, Hailey Bennett, James Bolter, James Clark IV and Warren Clark; his brothers, Steven Bolter (Kelly) and Kevin Bolter; his niece Chelsi Willis (Andrew); his great-nieces, Aleena Willis, Shelbi Bolter and Mallori Bolter-Mohney (Justin Mohney); his grandchildren, Caleb James Eagan and Samantha McGee; and his close friend Harry Engle.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer plants or donations to Arbor Hospice in his name.
