With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Eileen Billger (Howell, Michigan), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Capper and Margaret Capper of Cape Coral, FL.. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Billger of Howell, MI; her children, Michelle Billger (Geary Hanson) of Warren, MI and Christopher (Melissa) of Grand Rapids, MI; her grandchildren, Eliana, Nathan, Benjamin and Tyler; her siblings, Thomas Capper (Kitty) and Joanne Behm (Chuck); and her sister-in-law Floss Billger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
