He is survived by: his wife Jackie Kolodge; his daughter Denise Warwick (Don); his daughter-in-law Angela Kolodge-Caldwell; his grandchildren, Ellyn, Matthew, Noah, Andrew and Gavin; and his great grandchildren, Lilly and Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
