He was predeceased by: his parents, William John Niblock and Leona Mastic Niblock; his daughter Lela; and his half-siblings, Bud Crawford and Gloria Reynolds.

He is survived by: his sister Lisa (Lela); his family Ken; his wife Becky; his children, Scott Niblock (Chris) and Lisa Ferguson (Jason); his half-sister Sandy Rogers (John Hess); and his grandchildren, Madeline Niblock, Zachary, Isabella and Abigail Ferguson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Chemung Hills Golf Club.
