He was predeceased by: his parents, William Keegan and Gloria Keegan Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Alysha Boyle (Alex), Joshua Keegan (Madeline), Billy Keegan (Lauren) and Sarah Keegan; and his sister Kathy Crellin (Scott Zagers).

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Brighton Hills Cemetery.
