Joyce E. Harmala Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce E. Harmala (Howell, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Harmala; her son Timmy Harmala; and her parents, Edwin Niemela and Alina Niemela. She is survived by: her children, Terry (Michele), Laurie Hamilton (Larry), Linda Mattson (Mike), Leanne, Kevin, Karl (Kelli) and Lisa Kominars (Matt); and her grandchildren, Michael Hacker, Christina Dillow (Justin), Ryan Harmala (Melissa), John L'Esperance (Sydney), Jessica Phillips (Brandon), Liz Faye, Emma Kominars, Tyler Kominars, Abigail, Alize, Kaydence, Lily, Sidney and Faith. She is also survived by her five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Apostolic Lutheran Church (2970 Oak Grove Rd, Howell, MI 48855). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
