He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Ptak and Florence Ptak (Noggle); and his siblings, Cheryl Lynn Clapper and Michael. He is survived by: his wife Terese; his children, Lydia Ptak and Stan Ptak (Stephanie); his granddaughters, Stella and Scarlett; and his sister Debbie Kolar (Jeff).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes MacDonald Chapel (315 N Michigan Ave, Howell, MI 48843). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
