He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Holmberg and Dorothy Holmberg; and his siblings, Bill Holmberg, Pat Condon and Tim Holmberg.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Holmberg; his children, Sherry Chapman (Chris), John Holmberg (Leslie) and David Holmberg (Kate); his siblings-in-law, Barbara Holmberg and Joe Kapelczak; his niece Janet Binkowski (Brian); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Natalie, Conrad, Madeleine, Audrey, Teddy and Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
