He is survived by: his children, Mark Heinonen (Margo) of Howell, Beth Pennala (Mike) of Fenton, Bruce Heinonen (Lynn) of Northville, Tim Heinonen (Jane) of Linden, Randy Heinonen (Mary Kay) of Howell, Susan Anderson (Larry) of Linden, Dennis Heinonen (Joan) of Linden, Katy Sturos (Kurt) of Howell, Kari Frantti (Eric) of Howell, Gary Heinonen (Becky) of Fenton, Kristy Huotari (Jeff) of Independence, MN, Cindy Huotari (Brian) of Buffalo, MN and Shelley Pennala (John) of Howell; and his siblings, Gordon Heinonen (Marilyn), Mary Kiilunen (Pete), Ann Niemi, Judy Johnson (Mike), Nancy Tulkki (Donald), Fred Heinonen (Anne), Jean Aho (Charles) and Linda Kilpela (Joseph). He is also survived by 109 grandchildren, 82 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
