She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wagster and Stella Wagster (Bowers); and her siblings, Genevieve Blue, Marie Hannah, Dora Riddle, Gary Wendell Wagster and Glendale.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry (Verneda Dover) and Ronald (Tina Dover); her grandchildren, Michael and Angela Dover; her siblings, Bernice Lawrence, Betty Ezell (Billy), Eva Henson (Vernon), Naoma Reaves, Ezra Wagster and Bruce Wagster (Barb); and her brother-in-law Eddie Riddle. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions in Janie's honor may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
