He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jakubczak; his children, Tracy Tamer (Jim), James Jakubczak and Mary Beth Baumeister (David); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Brandon Baumeister, Lauren, Grayson, Nicholas Tamer and Adam Jakubczak; his great grandchild Rowan Baumeister; and also Joseph Jakubczak.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (122 W Lake St, South Lyon, MI 48178). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (830 S Lafayette St, South Lyon, MI 48178, USA). A prayer was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Hedwig Cemetery (23755 Military Rd, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127).
