He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his grandchildren, Jamie Boan, Jr., Riley Grace Busick, Bailey Rose Busick, Julio Lagos and Derek Kappa; his great grandchildren, Xavier Boan and Jaxson Boan; and his brother Todd Busick (Patty).
