She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Price; and her daughter Catherine Comstock. She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Price (Anne) and Robert C. Price Jr.; and her sister Marie Murphy. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may make contributions to American Red Cross.
