In the vast expanse of eternity, Elaine shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Elaine farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Zelek and Virginia Zelek (Goodnough). She is survived by: her granddaughter Alicia Turner; her aunt Sylvia Goodnough; her cousin Joan Kozler; her close friend Rudy Mitchell; and her friend Genevieve Cubr. She is also survived by sister, several other cousins.

Memorial donations in Elaine's honor may be made to the Michigan Humane Society.
