She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bizek and Genevieve Bizek; her husband Merritt; and her daughter-in-law Susan. She is survived by: her children, Lynda Leaf, Barbara Hunter (Kenneth), John Leaf (Anne) and Theodore Leaf (Karen); her niece Cynthia Bass; and her granddaughter Jennifer Carrell. She is also survived by her children, nieces, numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
