He is survived by: his children, Shane Gerkin (Linda), Cindi Saliba (Van), Angie Minock (Jeff) and Jeff Gerkin; his grandchildren, Andrew, Adam, Angie, Stephen, Jake, Spencer, Bradley, Marleigh, Taylor and Cody; and his sister Deanna Norwood.
