She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hempton and Donna Hempton (Roberts); her husband Peter Kovalchik; and her siblings, Phillip, John, Peter, Shirley, Maryanne and Lois.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Shollack (Michael) and Joy Tamas (Jerald); her sisters, Christina Chase and Sharon Baldwin; her grandchildren, Michael Shollack (Jaqueline), Jennifer Duncan (Jarod), Angela Tamas, Shaun Finney (Keith), Emily Dunne (Adam) and Andrew Shollack (April); and her great grandchildren, Megan, Grant, Keaton and Kalen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
