She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Derda and Eleanor Derda (Sartor); and her siblings-in-law, Judy Kondrat, John Korpf and Gary Kondrat.
She is survived by: her husband Glen Kondrat of Anne's Church; her children, Lisa Fields (Clinton) and Bryan Kondrat (Jen); her siblings, Donna Griffin (Greg), Rick Derda (Kathy), David Derda, Ron Derda (Valerie) and Terri Herr (Ben); her in-laws, Gail Kondrat, Jim Kondrat (Thuy) and Greg Kondrat; and her grandchildren, Beckett, Rylee, Oliver and Jaxson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or Samaritans Purse.
