With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darleene M. Thomas of Howell, Michigan, who passed away on April 11, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Lillian Smith (Juran); her husband Clyde Thomas; her daughter Cathy Thomas; her grandchildren, Robert Kelley, Jr. and Jill Hanna; and her siblings, Patricia O'Dell and Bill Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Smith (Greg); her grandson Matt Hanna (Suzette); her great grandchildren, Andrew, Joseph, Samantha and Thomas; and her niece Lori Galorneau (Don).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes - MacDonald Chapel (315 N Michigan Ave, Howell, MI 48843). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Livingston County Meals On Wheels program.
