He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Leonard and Janis Paige Rutkowski (Monthaven). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Rutkowski (Dziuban); his children, Trevor and Corinne; and his siblings, Sherri Lautner (Walt), Randal, Bradley (Denise) and Gerald "Tobe" Rutkowski (Bridgette). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
