He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Epley and Frances Epley (Peach). He is survived by: his siblings, Eva Bliss, Gertrude Genei and Frank Epley Jr. (Linda). He is also survived by three Nephews and Seven nieces along with several Great nephews and nieces.
