He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Moe and Bernice Moe; and his siblings, Danny, Bill, Jeff and Laurie.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; the fathers of children, Collin (Shealynn Moe), Shaun Moe and Ryan Moe (Liane); his mother-in-law Emma; and his siblings-in-law, Marty (Diane), Bryan (Wendy) and Diana. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
