She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Kurzava and Arthur Kurzava. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Swartz (Stan) and Steve O'Brien (Amy); and her grandchildren, Glenn Swartz (Taylor), Samantha Swartz, Jessica Christiansen (Bryan), John Stamper and Jacob Stamper.
