She was predeceased by: her husband John. She is survived by: her children, Celeste, John and Jaclyn (Ronda); her sister Paula (Glen); her grandchildren, Andrew, Nathan and Isabella; and her stepgrandchildren, Drew and Jackson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Associations.
