Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Annie Smalec of Howell, Michigan, born in Garner, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 100, on March 15, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kadera and Rosalie Kadera (Hanacek); her husband Frank; and her siblings, Steve, Jerry Kadera, Lillian Turnboom, Rose Day and Mary Goldman.
She is survived by: her children, John Smalec, Carolyn (Terry Fuller), Sandy (Dawain Riebow), Terry (Ramona Smalec), Dennis Smalec and Bonnie (Alvin Schnautz); and her grandchildren, Jen (Ron Njau), Cori (Tim Akers), Alina (Andrew Zawislanski), Aron (Ana Smalec), Joseph (Maria Smalec) and Wesley (Rachel Nickens). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
